Am I a Candidate for Dental Implants?
Our Key Services
Dental Implants
Dental implants are the premier tooth replacement option, renowned for their durability, functional advantages, and lifelike aesthetic appeal. By maintaining the jawbone structure, dental implants help prevent the bone deterioration that typically follows tooth loss. Whether replacing a single tooth or multiple teeth, implants provide a stable foundation for crowns, bridges, or dentures, enabling patients to eat, speak, and smile with renewed confidence.
Full Mouth Dental Implants
Full mouth dental implants may replace an upper arch, lower arch, or both arches when teeth are extensively damaged, missing, or no longer predictably restorable. Treatment is customized according to bone volume, health history, bite, restorative space, desired outcome, and maintenance needs. Patients can begin evaluation through Highland Implant Center in Raleigh or Zebulon.
Hybrid Solutions
Hybrids, also known as implant-supported dentures, represent a solution for individuals who have lost multiple teeth. These innovative dental restorations combine the stability of dental implants with the convenience of a denture. Bone Grafting
Bone grafting is performed to augment or regenerate bone in the jaw. It is often necessary when the jawbone has deteriorated due to tooth loss, periodontal disease, or other factors. The need for grafting is determined through examination and diagnostic imaging. For patients with severe upper-jaw bone loss, zygomatic dental implants may provide an alternative approach.
